Maintain HRIS and recruiting records, track hiring metrics, recommend process improvements, and provide cross-trained backup for payroll and benefits administration. Build relationships with hiring managers and community partners to strengthen candidate pipelines.

Prepare, inspect, evacuate, and fill pressure and cryogenic cylinders per DOT, FDA, and company standards. Perform calibrations and purity tests, label cylinders, complete fill documentation, load/unload trucks, follow hazardous materials safety procedures, and operate material handling equipment (training provided).

Prepare, inspect, evacuate, and fill gas cylinders and cryogenic vessels per DOT, FDA, and CGA standards. Test cylinders for purity and dew point, perform safety checks, label and document fills, load/unload trucks, operate material-handling equipment, and follow hazardous-material handling procedures. Heavy physical labor and outdoor work required.
