Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and pre-employment checks, and lead onboarding and new-hire orientation. Maintain HRIS and recruiting records, track hiring metrics, recommend process improvements, and provide cross-trained backup for payroll and benefits administration. Build relationships with hiring managers and community partners to strengthen candidate pipelines.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. Coordinate onboarding, conduct new hire orientation, maintain HRIS and recruiting records, track hiring metrics, and support payroll/benefits as a trained backup. Build relationships with hiring managers and community partners, improve recruiting/onboarding processes, and ensure accurate pre-employment checks and documentation.

Prepare, inspect, evacuate, and fill pressure and cryogenic cylinders per DOT, FDA, and company standards. Perform calibrations and purity tests, label cylinders, complete fill documentation, load/unload trucks, follow hazardous materials safety procedures, and operate material handling equipment (training provided).
