Greet and assist guests, handle check-ins/check-outs and reservations, communicate clearly and calmly under pressure, work independently with empathy, cover all shifts including nights and weekends, and maintain reliable on-site presence.

Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas, handle laundry, work independently with strong physical stamina and attention to detail. Must work night shifts and weekends, operate hotel shuttle as needed, and attach a resume for consideration.

Lead and perform hands-on maintenance across hotel properties, oversee HVAC/cooling tower, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, coach engineering staff, coordinate vendors, travel between properties, use Quore for task management, prioritize repairs to maximize room availability, and respond to after-hours calls to ensure smooth 24/7 operations and guest satisfaction.
