Lead and oversee all property maintenance operations, implement preventive maintenance, manage maintenance staff, coordinate vendors/contractors, ensure safe, clean, functioning facilities, and perform physically demanding maintenance tasks.

Greet and assist guests, handle check-ins/check-outs and reservations, communicate clearly and calmly under pressure, work independently with empathy, cover all shifts including nights and weekends, and maintain reliable on-site presence.

Perform cleaning and maintenance of public areas and back-of-house spaces, transport and restock linens, deliver guest requests, assist room attendants during peak periods, follow safety and cleaning SOPs, report hazards, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas, handle laundry, work independently with strong physical stamina and attention to detail. Must work night shifts and weekends, operate hotel shuttle as needed, and attach a resume for consideration.
