Underwrites complex commercial loans, analyzes financial statements and projections, evaluates credit risks, recommends risk ratings and loan structures, and reviews existing lending relationships. The role supports portfolio oversight, regulatory compliance, reporting, workflow tools, and commercial lending policy administration. It independently collaborates with lenders, mentors junior analysts, participates in customer meetings, assists with audits, and provides guidance on underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and credit procedures.

Build and lead the Bank’s enterprise Project Management Office, establishing governance, intake, prioritization, methodologies, reporting, and portfolio controls. Direct strategic and cross-functional initiatives, manage risks, budgets, dependencies, vendors, and steering committees, and provide portfolio visibility to executives and the Board. Partner with Technology, Risk, Compliance, and business functions to support regulatory obligations, change adoption, and effective delivery. The role will initially manage major projects directly while developing the PMO and future project management team.

Supports accounting and regulatory reporting for the bank, holding companies, and subsidiaries. Oversees general ledger processing, securities and fixed-asset accounting, reconciliations, wires, cash management, tax accounting, financial close activities, and audit support. Supervises and develops accounting staff, manages departmental operations, prepares reports for regulators, and contributes to bank-wide projects while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.
