Lead process improvement initiatives: assess current operations, map workflows, identify root causes, design future-state processes, set baselines and KPIs, partner with technology for implementation, and deliver training and documentation to sustain results using Lean and Six Sigma principles.

Lead and coach cross-functional teams delivering large-scale data applications. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, drive Agile and Lean practices, remove impediments, partner with Product Owners and Product Managers, ensure backlog refinement and governance, and report sprint progress and metrics.

Lead design, development, deployment, and operational support of enterprise Pega solutions. Drive end-to-end delivery including sprint planning, release readiness, performance tuning, integrations, and production incident triage. Coordinate with Delivery, Operations, Middleware, API, and platform teams to ensure scalable, secure, and supportable implementations and enforce governance, guardrails, and DevOps/CI/CD practices.

Design, develop, and enhance enterprise Pega applications for financial services. Build flows, activities, data pages, and connectors; enforce guardrails and performance tuning; collaborate with architects, testers, and DevOps to support CI/CD, Agile delivery, testing, and deployments.
