Design and configure enterprise Jira environments, architect integrations with portfolio applications and Airtable, and develop automation and extensibility solutions. Lead discovery, workflow and governance design, synchronization strategy, testing, deployment, reporting, documentation, and administrator enablement. Partner with technical and business stakeholders in a matrixed enterprise, applying Agile delivery, process engineering, security review, change control, and AI governance practices while supporting integration code and production operations.

Design mission-critical federal digital products for investigative operations, data analysis, and operational decision-making. Create wireframes, journey maps, workflows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces; conduct research and usability testing; simplify complex, data-rich workflows; contribute to information architecture and design systems; and collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and agile delivery teams while meeting accessibility, security, and enterprise standards.

Performs integration, regression, and functional testing to verify business and technical requirements. Creates and edits test cases, analyzes requirements, manages defects, conducts peer code reviews, and supports multiple Scrum teams. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, follows software engineering and change-control standards, identifies automation opportunities, and helps improve testing processes. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and independent-working skills in an Agile environment.

Lead and coach cross-functional teams delivering large-scale data applications. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, drive Agile and Lean practices, remove impediments, partner with Product Owners and Product Managers, ensure backlog refinement and governance, and report sprint progress and metrics.

Lead process improvement initiatives: assess current operations, map workflows, identify root causes, design future-state processes, set baselines and KPIs, partner with technology for implementation, and deliver training and documentation to sustain results using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
