Lead design and delivery of production-grade autonomous AI agents on Salesforce Agentforce within IRS environments. Build grounding, prompts, data models and pipelines in Salesforce Data Cloud, prototype zero-to-one solutions, debug multi-platform failures, apply security and accessibility standards, and feed product insights back to Salesforce.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for an IRS program: design data models, security/sharing, integrations, and governance; provide hands-on technical leadership across the SDLC; ensure compliance with IRS security, Section 508, and federal privacy standards; evaluate platform features and AppExchange to modernize legacy capabilities.
