MAHUBE-OTWA Community Action Partnership is a Minnesota 501(c)(3) nonprofit community action agency serving low-income and elderly residents across Mahnomen, Hubbard, Becker, Otter Tail, and Wadena counties. It works to reduce poverty and build self-sufficiency through housing and energy assistance, employment support, health and family services, childcare and early-childhood readiness, senior independence programs, crisis assistance, and relationship-based coaching for local communities.
