Lead and implement continuous process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma to improve quality, turnaround, and costs. Analyze and resolve production issues, align quality objectives with AS9100D/NADCAP, maintain process documentation, support corrective actions, develop metrics, and ensure safety and ITAR compliance while liaising between production and quality.

Lead the NDT team to meet quality, delivery, and profit goals. Oversee safety, training/certification of NDT personnel, approve NDT procedures, support quality/audits, drive process improvements (Lean/Six Sigma), manage budgets and inventory, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards and ITAR.

Perform liquid penetrant (PT) inspections, develop/modify part-specific techniques, execute process controls per ASTM E1417, prepare and inspect parts, document results, train and mentor staff, assist QA with corrective actions, and support continuous improvement to meet customer requirements.

Serve as the primary internal owner of Epicor Kinetic ERP post-implementation: manage configuration, security, cloud updates, reporting (BAQs/SSRS), integrations, and drive continuous improvement and governance across finance, production, quality, and customer service.

Enter and plan work orders by reviewing contracts, blueprints, and specifications; input PO/part data; sequence processes and qualify lead-times; ensure approvals and spec compliance; liaise across functions and with customers to obtain missing requirements; provide cross-functional support and participate in continuous improvement and training.
