Develop and execute enterprise B2B demand generation strategies across events, webinars, performance marketing, inbound, sponsorships, and ABM. Own lifecycle marketing journeys and email campaigns, conduct market research, collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product, and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline impact. The role requires strategic thinking, creativity, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Lead a team of up to 12 engineers to build and operate critical parts of an AI-native healthcare automation platform. Drive technical execution, architecture, reliability, incident response, hiring, onboarding, and cross-functional execution while ensuring enterprise security, compliance, and scalable customer deployments.

As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll design AI workflows, act as a customer technical bridge, and optimize deployment performance. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, shaping tools and documentation while ensuring system reliability.
