Handle inbound and online automotive parts orders, assist customers selecting correct parts, provide pricing and order status, coordinate with inventory/warehouse for fulfillment, build account relationships, upsell when appropriate, resolve returns/issues, and maintain accurate records in dealership management systems.

Entry-level administrative role responsible for researching and matching invoices on manufacturers' websites, coding invoices, data entry, answering calls, researching discrepancies, issuing credits, and supporting parts ordering and aftermarket glass teams. Additional duties as assigned. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm.

Sell new and used vehicles by providing excellent customer service: qualify guests, demonstrate vehicles, follow sales processes, follow up with customers, overcome objections honestly, and build lasting relationships. Participate in company and manufacturer training and work Monday–Saturday on a commission/incentive pay plan.

Sell and deliver vehicles while providing high-quality guest/customer service. Guide guests through vehicle selection, demonstrate vehicles, follow sales processes, follow up with leads and buyers, overcome objections, attend manufacturer and company training, and build lasting guest relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.

Provide administrative support to Sales Management while delivering excellent guest service: greet and assist guests, resolve issues, process sales paperwork, maintain CRM records, support showroom and inventory activities, perform lot duties (move vehicles, snow removal), and perform other assigned tasks in a fast-paced, physically active dealership environment.

Manage dealership sales team to drive productivity and profitability by delivering exceptional guest service, enforcing sales processes, following up on leads, managing inventory and displays, closing vehicle deals, coaching and training sales consultants, and building lasting guest relationships.

Provide front-desk reception: warmly greet guests, answer and transfer calls, direct visitors, support cashier office (handle money/invoices), perform administrative tasks, cross-train at multiple posts, and deliver exceptional guest service. Part-time evenings and rotational Saturdays.

Lead and manage the used vehicle sales team to drive profitability and guest satisfaction. Oversee sales processes, lead follow-up, inventory and lot organization, coach and train sales consultants, build customer relationships, and close vehicle deals. Promote continuous team development and high guest service standards.

Sell new and used vehicles by providing excellent guest/customer service, guiding shoppers through vehicle selection, demonstrating features, overcoming objections, following sales processes, and performing post-sale follow-up to drive satisfaction and referrals. Participate in ongoing manufacturer and company training and work with teammates to meet sales and guest-service metrics.

Greet and direct guests, answer and transfer phone calls, provide exceptional guest service, perform front-desk administrative tasks, assist in cashier duties including secure handling of money, and cross-train across desks. Work schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.
