Lead and manage dealership sales team to drive productivity and profitability. Ensure high guest satisfaction, follow-up on leads, enforce sales processes, manage inventory and lot presentation, coach and train sales consultants, build customer relationships, and close vehicle deals.

Sell and deliver vehicles by providing excellent guest/customer service, guiding guests through vehicle selection and demonstrations, following sales processes, conducting timely follow-up, overcoming objections honestly, and maintaining strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Participate in ongoing company and manufacturer training and work collaboratively with team members.

Lead and coach the dealership sales team to meet sales, profit and customer satisfaction goals. Ensure sales processes and lead follow-up, manage inventory/display, assist with closing vehicle deals, train consultants, and build lasting guest relationships. Drive a high level of guest service and continuous team development.
