Lead full-cycle recruitment across Madbox studios with a focus on Barcelona. Build talent pipelines, manage ATS and candidate experience, represent the company externally, and support managers on HR policies. Handle HR operations for the Spanish entity (onboarding, benefits, records), shape studio culture through local events, automate HR/recruiting workflows, and contribute to AI-powered HR tools and engagement initiatives.

Lead and grow a mobile game design team, championing design quality, consistency, and culture. Coach designers, influence long-term game vision with the Game Director, refine tools/workflows, and provide hands-on feedback on features, balance, progression, and monetization for a live F2P title.

Lead analytics for Pocket Champs: define KPIs, own A/B testing, translate business questions into data models, surface product insights, set analytical standards, and mentor analysts while coordinating with Data Core and cross-functional teams.

Design, balance, and document gameplay systems and economies for a new mobile title. Collaborate with art, UX, and engineers, analyze player data and feedback to improve KPIs, and help define Live Ops strategy from soft launch onward.
