Support HR operations across France, Spain, and remote employees, including onboarding, offboarding, performance review logistics, records, benefits administration, employee requests, university relationships, hiring events, office management, vendor coordination, engagement initiatives, and HR process automation using AI tools.

Lead full-cycle recruitment across Madbox studios with a focus on Barcelona. Build talent pipelines, manage ATS and candidate experience, represent the company externally, and support managers on HR policies. Handle HR operations for the Spanish entity (onboarding, benefits, records), shape studio culture through local events, automate HR/recruiting workflows, and contribute to AI-powered HR tools and engagement initiatives.

Design, build, and scale public-facing Go APIs on GCP serving millions of users. Ensure backend reliability with testing, safe rollouts, observability via Datadog, and CI/CD improvements (Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Maintain TypeScript/Node.js internal tooling on AWS and collaborate with game, data, and product teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
