Lead full-cycle recruitment across Madbox studios with a focus on Barcelona. Build talent pipelines, manage ATS and candidate experience, represent the company externally, and support managers on HR policies. Handle HR operations for the Spanish entity (onboarding, benefits, records), shape studio culture through local events, automate HR/recruiting workflows, and contribute to AI-powered HR tools and engagement initiatives.

Lead and grow a mobile game design team, championing design quality, consistency, and culture. Coach designers, influence long-term game vision with the Game Director, refine tools/workflows, and provide hands-on feedback on features, balance, progression, and monetization for a live F2P title.
