Implement and deliver DWDM/SDH/MSTP optical network engineering projects; support project delivery, troubleshooting, fault analysis, maintenance and network optimization for long-haul WDM networks; author and review technical documents, train support engineers, and transfer technical knowledge. Manage and lead the company's IT function, overseeing infrastructure, networks, data center and governance, security, disaster recovery, budgets, vendor SLAs, and IT policies to support business objectives.

Lead HR outsourcing sector aligning business objectives with HR operations. Drive HR process implementation, SLA and budget management, staffing strategy, client satisfaction, new business bids, and coach HRBPs while leading and developing HR teams to maximize account growth.

Lead payroll operations including maintaining payroll records, managing timekeeping systems, preparing financial statements, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, supervising payroll staff, and coordinating with accounting and HR.

Perform GSM system testing, analysis, and cell-level KPI optimization using ZTE OSS and vendor tools. Monitor and clear GSM hardware alarms, analyze counters/KPIs (TopN), and apply parameter optimizations to improve network performance.
