Job Description5 years wireless communication work experience, have ability on GSM system test/analysis/optimization;
Good to ZTE wireless parameter, know how to statistic and good understand for basic counter and KPIs, know how to do the cell level KPIs optimization;
Good to ZTE OSS system, know how to use ZTE software and tool, know how to process TopN KPI cells;
Good to GSM hardware and cell parameter, know how to clear the hardware alarm and issue;
Qualifications
5 years wireless communication work experience, have ability on GSM system test/analysis/optimization;
Skills Required
- 5 years wireless communication experience with GSM system testing, analysis, and optimization
- Proficiency with ZTE OSS and ZTE software/tools, including processing TopN KPI cells
- Knowledge of ZTE wireless parameters and ability to analyze counters and KPIs for cell-level optimization
- Familiarity with GSM hardware and cell parameters; ability to clear hardware alarms and resolve issues
