Own and optimize the end-to-end MacStadium user journey to drive discovery, conversion, and retention. Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and support to reduce churn, improve signup-to-purchase conversion, and prioritize product design. Conduct continuous customer and market discovery, build business cases for new opportunities, and seed innovation in AI, clustering, and automation across the Mac ecosystem.

Own Tier 1 support: triage and manage ticket lifecycle, escalate with full context, handle ABM/MDM enrollments and SSO onboarding/troubleshooting, collaborate on KB and AI agent improvements, and maintain follow-the-sun support handoffs and runbooks.
