As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will manage Tier 1 support, develop expertise in Apple infrastructure solutions, automate diagnostics using scripting, and collaborate with dev teams to improve support processes.

Own Tier 1 support: triage and manage ticket lifecycle, escalate with full context, handle ABM/MDM enrollments and SSO onboarding/troubleshooting, collaborate on KB and AI agent improvements, and maintain follow-the-sun support handoffs and runbooks.
