Reviews and researches title issues for pre- and post-foreclosure properties in Texas. Investigates liens, manufactured homes, deceased borrowers, heirs, and probate matters; performs curative actions; communicates results to clients; and manages multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

Produces and submits daily invoices across multiple legal case types and client systems. Reviews invoice accuracy, supporting documentation, deadlines, disputes, and adjustments; researches missing information; maintains case management records; resolves automation issues; and communicates with clients and internal teams regarding fees, costs, and billing requirements.

Provides advanced litigation support in mortgage servicing matters by managing case calendars, deadlines, filings, pleadings, court documents, discovery, exhibits, client communications, billing, and case-management systems. Conducts legal research, coordinates service of process and hearings, maintains accurate electronic case files, assists with trial preparation, and supports attorneys across complex litigation matters.
