Provide paralegal support for litigation and probate matters: manage calendars, e-file documents (ECF/PACER), draft pleadings and motions, coordinate discovery, maintain case files and client communications, assist with trial prep, and update multiple case and client systems.

Serve as lead counsel on mortgage-related litigation in Texas state and federal courts. Draft pleadings and motions, manage cases from inception through resolution, conduct hearings and trials, handle discovery and appellate briefing, participate in mediations, advise mortgage servicing clients, and supervise legal support staff.

Perform high-volume data entry and case setup in the firms case management systems; communicate with debtors and clients by phone and email; request and upload required documents; respond to client inquiries and follow up on missing information; perform other administrative duties and occasional travel between offices.

Perform accurate, timely data entry into case management systems and client websites; handle debtor and client communications by phone and email; request and follow up on missing documents for foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy referrals; maintain case updates and perform other related office duties.

Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents, managing case calendars, communicating with clients, and ensuring efficient operation of the litigation department.
