Process and manage foreclosure proceedings: respond to clients, counsel on non-judicial foreclosure rules, enter and upload case data, manage GSE portfolio updates, escalate litigation issues, and support foreclosure sale reporting.

Perform accurate, timely data entry into case management systems and client websites; handle debtor and client communications by phone and email; request and follow up on missing documents for foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy referrals; maintain case updates and perform other related office duties.

Perform high-volume data entry and case setup in the firms case management systems; communicate with debtors and clients by phone and email; request and upload required documents; respond to client inquiries and follow up on missing information; perform other administrative duties and occasional travel between offices.

Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents, managing case calendars, communicating with clients, and ensuring efficient operation of the litigation department.

Provide administrative and accounting support to the Litigation Department: process interim billing and fee approvals, ensure invoice accuracy and timely payments, communicate fee matters and case updates to clients/vendors/staff, complete weekly metrics, and meet monthly fee-approval goals while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.
