Oversee all financial and accounting activities at a manufacturing facility: month-end reporting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, budgeting, financial analysis for plant leadership, ensure GAAP compliance, support audits and capex projects, and maintain strong internal controls.

Create detailed precast concrete shop drawings and bid submittal packages, coordinate with customers, sales, production, and field teams, import orders into ERP, and use CAD/3D tools to support fabrication and project flow.

Lead and manage quality control activities in a precast concrete plant: inspect forms, materials, and finished products; read drawings and mix designs; document issues; recommend mix adjustments; supervise and train QC technicians; drive process improvements and safety training.

Lead and mentor a team of precast engineers and drafters to deliver structural designs, drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation. Oversee structural analysis, ensure compliance with standards, support cross-functional teams (manufacturing, sales, operations, quality), improve manufacturability and production efficiency, resolve quality and customer issues, and maintain engineering certifications and product catalogs.
