Build and run Mach9's customer community across online and in-person channels. Design onboarding, moderation, programs, events, and partnerships to grow sustained participation, advocacy, and referrals; create content and relay customer feedback to product teams.

As an ML Engineer at Mach9, you will design and train computer vision and 3D ML models for extracting features from LiDAR and imagery, owning models through the full product lifecycle and collaborating with teams for deployment.

Build and own Mach9's revenue operations systems and processes including commercial operations, billing, GTM tech stack, revenue planning and reporting, and GTM compensation design and administration to scale a usage-based AI company.

Manage post-sale relationships for a customer portfolio: lead onboarding, run projects, triage support with Engineering, drive time-to-value and account growth, and surface customer feedback to product and sales teams.

The Solutions Consultant at Mach9 will leverage geospatial expertise to assist clients in adopting and integrating Mach9 software into their workflows, enhancing efficiency in 3D mapping and data delivery. Responsibilities include conducting technical demonstrations, onboarding customers, and serving as a trusted advisor to ensure effective use of the software.
