Own end-to-end reliability lifecycle for UAS platforms and subsystems. Provide senior corporate legal support for a growth-stage defense technology company: lead M&A, financings, equity compensation, governance, international structuring, advise executives, coordinate outside counsel, ensure regulatory and contract compliance, and identify and mitigate legal risks.

Lead integration of software and firmware for UAVs, coordinating cross-functional teams to define interfaces, manage releases, validate builds, debug firmware, and ensure production deployment. Drive timelines, document configurations, and communicate technical status and risks to engineering leadership while collaborating with manufacturing and validation teams.

Perform stress, creep, fatigue, and failure analysis; design for manufacturability; develop tests (ground and flight); build simulation and sizing tools; and collaborate with mechanical and manufacturing teams to iterate prototypes to flight-ready hardware.

Support day-to-day accounting including QuickBooks entry, accounts payable, reconciliations, journal entries, project cost tracking, and monthly reporting. Assist audit preparation, budgeting, expense reporting, and generate financial summaries under Finance Director guidance.

Lead supplier qualification and industrialization—conduct audits, FAIs, process validation, and capability assessments; define CTQs and control plans; implement quality metrics (Cp/Cpk, yield, NCR), drive corrective actions and DFM improvements, and ensure supplier readiness from prototype to production under aerospace/defense standards.
