Coordinate cradle-to-production planning for propulsion hardware, translating engineering requirements into build plans, managing suppliers, material readiness, schedules, and risks. Support NPI, prototype builds, testing, configuration changes, and compliance (ITAR/aerospace quality) while using ERP/MRP and Excel to track program status and drive supplier performance improvements.

Lead conceptual vehicle design for next-generation missile and low-observable aerospace systems. Develop and evaluate vehicle configurations, perform multidisciplinary trade studies, integrate requirements across disciplines, analyze risks, support prototype development and flight-test activities, and mentor junior engineers to mature concepts through preliminary design.

Lead development and application of multidisciplinary design, analysis, and optimization (MDAO) workflows for conceptual and preliminary vehicle design. Support sizing, configuration trades, mission and performance analysis, optimization studies, and model validation using test and operational data. Mentor engineers and maintain reproducible analytical tooling and documentation.

Design and mature unmanned aircraft and missile systems from concept through detailed CAD definition. Perform vehicle sizing, layout and trade studies, produce CAD models and engineering drawings, collaborate with aerodynamics/propulsion/structures/manufacturing/flight-test, and support prototype fabrication and technical presentations.

Own bring-up and lifecycle of Linux mission computers on Jetson-class SoCs, integrate high-bandwidth sensors, build optimized real-time sensor-to-GPU pipelines, maintain on-target CUDA/TensorRT runtimes and embedded Linux images, harden platforms for flight, debug hardware/software integration, and contribute to autonomy runtime and middleware.

Build and scale ML training, data, and edge-inference infrastructure for autonomy: dataset ingestion/curation/versioning, distributed multi-GPU training, model registry and CI evaluation, real-time Jetson deployment and optimization, synthetic-data generation, drift detection, and cross-discipline integration from sim to flight.

Lead electrical design for next-generation autonomous defense platforms including PCB, embedded electronics, power systems, high-speed interfaces, prototyping, testing, documentation, and cross-functional integration while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

Lead conceptual and preliminary configuration design of unmanned aerial systems, create CAD models and drawings, run cross-disciplinary trade studies, coordinate with flight test, manufacturing, and supply chain, and present design decisions, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

Support day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, AP processing, reconciliations, journal entries, project cost tracking, financial reporting support, audit preparation, and bookkeeping using QuickBooks/NetSuite and Excel while collaborating with leadership and program teams.

Design and validate RF front ends and transceivers for defense platforms (phased arrays, transmitters, receivers). Perform schematic capture and PCB layout, troubleshoot EMI/RFI, run prototype testing with RF test equipment, analyze field performance, and collaborate across electrical, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
