Own industrialization for high-rate production: design tooling/fixtures, create controlled work instructions, implement SPC/PFMEA, support production, drive DFM/DFMA, improve cycle time/yield/cost, and oversee supplier manufacturing trials.

Develop and mature engine cycle models in NPSS, create analytical tools and workflows, analyze test data, define test procedures, and collaborate with aerodynamic, structural, and mechanical engineers to guide turbine engine design and performance.
