Creates and sends customer invoices, applies cash receipts, reconciles payments, monitors aging balances, resolves billing disputes, collects overdue payments, prepares AR reports, and supports month-end close. Coordinates with project managers on retainage, lien waivers, and construction billing requirements.

Supports company safety programs through employee training, orientations, audits, environmental assessments, incident investigations, safety meetings, inspections, and regulatory reporting. Manages safety equipment inventory, workforce hours, incident trends, and third-party compliance systems. Requires daily driving to worksites, outdoor work, physical activity, and occasional schedule flexibility. The role requires knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and industry safety regulations, strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and at least one year of safety experience.
