Conduct customer discovery with hotel stakeholders, write developer-ready specs and user stories, define success metrics, lead cross-functional execution and go-to-market, and evaluate AI build/partner/acquire options to deliver hospitality-specific intelligence.

Own product marketing strategy: positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, go-to-market execution, sales enablement, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption and revenue.

The GTM Systems Administrator manages the Salesforce stack, leading system operations, automation, data governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration for RevOps.

The Senior Data Engineer will design and build M3's cloud-native data platform, define architecture standards, enforce code quality, and mentor the data team while ensuring data governance and platform scalability.
