Lead QA for Data & AI features: design and run test strategies for ML/LLM outputs, write data validation in Python/SQL, implement Databricks pipeline checks, automate tests (Katalon/Playwright), validate APIs/ETL, monitor model performance and data drift, and collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Data to define acceptance thresholds and CI/CD quality gates.

Manage the end-to-end revenue lifecycle from contract execution through cash collection. Oversee quote-to-cash, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition (ASC 606), month-end close, reconciliations, audit support, and revenue reporting. Partner cross-functionally to optimize billing systems and controls (NetSuite, Zone Billing/Zuora) to reduce leakage and support scalability.

Own the product strategy and roadmap for M3's next-generation data platform, focusing on data unification, embedded analytics, AI-driven forecasting, and intelligent automation. Conduct customer discovery with hotel stakeholders, write developer-ready specs and user stories, define success metrics, lead cross-functional execution and go-to-market, and evaluate AI build/partner/acquire options to deliver hospitality-specific intelligence.
