Lead an antimicrobial stewardship program in a humanitarian hospital. Responsibilities include establishing a multidisciplinary stewardship committee, identifying priorities, analyzing antimicrobial data, conducting audits, educating clinical staff, supporting antibiotic decisions during rounds, coordinating with laboratory and infection prevention teams, monitoring resistant pathogens, responding to outbreaks, and improving antimicrobial use. The role also participates in healthcare-associated infection prevention and other clinical quality initiatives.

The Clinical Mentor oversees MSF Academy learning activities, provides bedside clinical coaching and mentoring, supports healthcare trainers, delivers the Basic Clinical Nursing Care curriculum, evaluates learner progress, maintains clinical practice, coordinates with project stakeholders, manages training supplies, and contributes to documentation, reporting, and quality improvement.
