Manages recruitment, induction, performance appraisal, career development, training needs, and learning programs across the mission. Advises managers on talent selection and development, supports HR and administration teams, maintains candidate and mobility pools, manages training budgets, evaluates program effectiveness, and contributes to HR planning, policy implementation, and staff capability development.

Provides psychological assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, counseling, psychotherapy, and mental health support to patients.
