Manage end-to-end global payroll operations, including timesheet validation, payroll processing, wage and deduction calculations, audits, reconciliations, reporting, statutory compliance, and employee inquiries. Lead payroll system implementations, migrations, process setup, testing, and optimization. Ensure compliance with Swedish legislation, tax requirements, pensions, social security obligations, collective bargaining agreements, and union requirements while coordinating with HR, Finance, Legal, vendors, and global stakeholders.

Supports the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews, candidate communications, reference and background checks, offers, ATS/HRIS data, job postings, onboarding training, and recruiting projects. The role maintains GDPR-compliant candidate records in Workday, builds Excel tracking tools, troubleshoots scheduling and LMS issues, and helps improve recruiting and onboarding processes while coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
