Leads complex technical projects from planning through closure, including engineering, IT, factory automation, system integration, and CAPEX initiatives. Develops project charters, WBS schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinates cross-functional Engineering, IT, Product, Operations, vendors, and contractors while communicating progress to senior stakeholders. Applies Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and continuous improvement practices to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

Leads dispensing process development, validation, troubleshooting, and industrialization for automated manufacturing. Responsibilities include implementing materials, adhesives, sealants, and plasma treatment technologies; improving yield, quality, throughput, cleanliness, and process capability; conducting PFMEA, DOE, SPC, and root-cause analysis; commissioning equipment; developing technical documentation; and training production personnel. Requires an engineering degree and at least three years of dispensing process development experience in an automated manufacturing environment.

Lead cross-functional technical projects for new battery products from concept through mass production. Coordinate R&D, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and external partners while managing timelines, resources, budgets, risks, equipment readiness, process qualification, factory acceptance, capacity planning, PFMEA, control plans, and validation activities.
