Hunt and close new business with utilities, IPPs, industrial energy users and partners; build senior relationships, manage complex negotiations with Legal, and hand off to operations for execution. Provide market intelligence and help shape go-to-market strategy while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure commercially viable, executable agreements.

Lead HR operations for European sites including HRIS and payroll management, Workday integrations, mobility and visa administration, vendor management, HR metrics and continuous improvement to ensure compliance with Swedish employment law and GDPR and to optimize employee experience.
