Manage regional distribution centre operations and provide relief cover for RDCs. Ensure vehicle roadworthiness and compliance with tachograph and drivers' hours regulations. Maintain personnel records, motivate and train staff, hold meetings, instruct drivers, and cover delivery routes as needed. Deliver excellent customer service and perform background (CRB) checks. Use basic PC skills (Word, Excel).

Sell and grow a defined mid-market account base across London and Home Counties. Manage and develop customer relationships, hit sales and margin targets, perform regular customer visits, implement new accounts, and analyse client data to identify growth opportunities.
