Provide urgent care to a culturally diverse patient population on integrated teams (physicians, PAs/NPs, behavioral health, nurses). Deliver patient education, high-quality data-driven care, and flexible per-diem coverage.

Coordinates specialty and diagnostic imaging referrals by tracking documentation, verifying patient registration and insurance details, gathering clinical information, securing prior authorizations, communicating with specialists and insurers, and explaining referral expectations to patients. Maintains accurate records to support care-team awareness, patient safety, and timely access to care.

Support daily operations of a School Based Health Center: schedule medical and behavioral appointments, maintain patient records and insurance data, register patients in EPIC, assist providers with referrals and follow-up, manage patient flow and supplies, transport lab specimens and mail, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with health center policies.

Manage and lead nurses, medical assistants, and nurse case managers to ensure safe, quality patient care. Oversee staffing, workflows, regulatory compliance, budgeting basics, staff development, hiring, evaluations, quality improvement, and interdepartmental collaboration.

The Nurse Manager supervises nursing staff, ensuring patient care quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while mentoring staff and managing departmental workflows.

Provide collaborative drug therapy management under a collaborative practice agreement to improve patient outcomes. Educate patients, address adherence and medication access, document encounters in the EHR, collaborate with the in-house pharmacy team, maintain required licenses, and participate in data collection and reporting to support clinical pharmacy services.

As a Physician Assistant, you will provide health care to a diverse patient population, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers in a team-based approach, while participating in ongoing education.

The WIC Program Specialist provides administrative support, including reception, file management, certification, benefits issuance, and quality assurance within a health and community setting.

Provide nutrition assessment, certification, counseling and education to WIC participants; develop educational materials; collect anthropometric and hematologic data. Plan, implement and evaluate breastfeeding promotion and support activities, develop protocols, run support groups and assist with peer counseling program. Work across multiple sites including evenings and Saturdays.
