Coordinates daily operations for a school-based health center, including scheduling medical and behavioral health appointments, patient registration, records maintenance, insurance updates, referrals, patient flow, data entry, reporting, supply ordering, communications, and confidential paperwork. Supports providers and students, transports specimens and mail, assists with interpreter services when certified, and provides coverage for other health center locations as needed.

Provides comprehensive podiatric care in an FQHC, including patient examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing, referrals and consultations. Participates in medical conferences and supports a professional, collaborative clinical environment. Maintains patient confidentiality, contributes to team activities, and may mentor new employees.

Oversee School Based Health Center operations in partnership with the Practice Manager. Supervise and train Office Coordinators, support registration and billing processes, resolve operational issues, collaborate with clinical staff, and maintain effective service for culturally diverse youth populations. This is a temporary interim position with a 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. schedule.

Coordinates specialty and diagnostic imaging referrals by tracking documentation, verifying patient registration and insurance details, gathering clinical information, securing prior authorizations, communicating with specialists and review organizations, and explaining referral requirements to patients. The role supports timely access to care and patient safety while collaborating with patients, families, and care teams.

Provide urgent care to a culturally diverse patient population on integrated teams (physicians, PAs/NPs, behavioral health, nurses). Deliver patient education, high-quality data-driven care, and flexible per-diem coverage.

Manage and lead nurses, medical assistants, and nurse case managers to ensure safe, quality patient care. Oversee staffing, workflows, regulatory compliance, budgeting basics, staff development, hiring, evaluations, quality improvement, and interdepartmental collaboration.

The Nurse Manager supervises nursing staff, ensuring patient care quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while mentoring staff and managing departmental workflows.

As a Physician Assistant, you will provide health care to a diverse patient population, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers in a team-based approach, while participating in ongoing education.

Provide nutrition assessment, certification, counseling and education to WIC participants; develop educational materials; collect anthropometric and hematologic data. Plan, implement and evaluate breastfeeding promotion and support activities, develop protocols, run support groups and assist with peer counseling program. Work across multiple sites including evenings and Saturdays.
