Coordinates nursing staff schedules and daily staffing levels for a long-term care center. Responsibilities include creating recurring and orientation schedules, maintaining staffing within budgeted hours, managing time-off and leave records, verifying hours for payroll, and resolving scheduling issues while supporting continuity of resident care.
