Lead outside sales and territory development for Central Ontario. Build and maintain dealer relationships, create and execute territory sales and marketing plans, negotiate new business, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales goals. Home-based role with frequent customer visits and regular branch attendance.

Drive 53ft dry vans on regional lanes across WA, ID, OR, UT, and CA. Load/unload and assist in sorting doors, perform mountain and OTR driving as needed, follow DOT regulations, pass DOT drug/alcohol testing, and provide customer service while returning home most weekends.

Lead branch operations including warehouse and production management, capacity planning, inventory control, CDL driver oversight, safety culture, SOP development, training, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement to meet customer service, cost control, and profitability goals.

Schedule, update, and manage daily shop work orders to meet production targets. Coordinate with Inside Sales and Production Supervisor, create/attach CNC programs, route third-party logistics, manage fire labels and production paperwork, and support continuous improvement activities.

Prepare and package custom wood doors for shipment: stack, secure, and label products using tools and equipment; follow safety and quality standards; troubleshoot minor issues; lift 50+ pounds; maintain punctual attendance and accurate 1/16-inch measurements; work scheduled early shifts and overtime as needed.
