Maintain costing and price guides, produce margin and pricing analysis, build and maintain Power BI reports, support KPIs, create ad-hoc analyses, clean and connect data sources, partner with stakeholders to document needs, and improve reporting processes to inform pricing and operational decisions.

Assemble interior and exterior door units using saws, drills, nail guns, and other pneumatic hand tools. Read work orders and precise imperial measurements, maintain quality and attention to detail, stand throughout the shift, and safely lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds occasionally.

Provide inside and occasional outside technical sales for commercial and multi-family building projects: develop customer relationships, prepare quotations, manage orders, resolve product/pricing issues, and support account growth while delivering technical product solutions and responsive customer service.

Support cross-functional process improvement and ERP integration by mapping requirements, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, prioritizing re-engineering opportunities, automating workflows, and coordinating projects, training, and communications to drive Lean continuous improvement across the organization.

Bridge business and technical teams to analyze, map, and optimize manufacturing processes. Gather requirements from SMEs, design and build solutions using Python and web frameworks, test and deploy automations, create process documentation and flow diagrams, and measure post-implementation performance for continuous improvement.

Schedule, update, and manage daily shop work orders to meet production targets. Coordinate with Inside Sales and Production Supervisor, create/attach CNC programs, route third-party logistics, manage fire labels and production paperwork, and support continuous improvement activities.
