Manages sales and marketing activities across Colorado, growing profitable business within existing and new customer accounts. Responsibilities include customer visits, product and installation expertise, job-site issue resolution, vendor and customer training, promotions, pricing programs, forecasting, CRM reporting, competitive intelligence, and territory planning. The role requires regular travel, including approximately one overnight stay per week, and collaboration with branch teams, vendors, and customers.

Manage sales and marketing activities across Saskatchewan, build and maintain customer partnerships, provide product and technical support, develop sales budgets and business plans, monitor territory performance, execute marketing initiatives, expand business networks, negotiate with buyers and partners, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Creates and modifies mechanical drawings from SolidWorks models, develops basic sales models, interprets hydraulic and electrical schematics, and prepares equipment manuals and bills of materials. The role also facilitates engineering change requests, follows drafting standards, communicates with stakeholders, and supports project execution. Strong mechanical aptitude, drafting software experience, technical writing, attention to detail, and hands-on shop experience are important.

Leads Winnipeg branch operations across warehouse organization, shop production, capacity planning, purchasing, inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment. Builds and develops teams, promotes safety and quality, creates SOPs, drives continuous improvement, negotiates vendor and service agreements, and partners with Sales to improve customer service and operational performance.

Manages accounts receivable activities, including payment posting, cash receipts, account reconciliation, aging analysis, collections, discrepancy resolution, customer communication, statements, reporting, and month-end close support. Maintains accurate accounting records and collaborates with customers, sales, and internal teams to resolve billing issues and secure timely invoice payment.

Supports HR leadership by applying employment law, maintaining policies and employee communications, advising employees and managers, delivering training, coordinating HR initiatives, and improving HRIS processes. Provides day-to-day direction to HR team members and serves as a trusted partner on workplace concerns, compliance, benefits, and problem-solving.

Support cross-functional process improvement and ERP integration by mapping requirements, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, prioritizing re-engineering opportunities, automating workflows, and coordinating projects, training, and communications to drive Lean continuous improvement across the organization.

Bridge business and technical teams to analyze, map, and optimize manufacturing processes. Gather requirements from SMEs, design and build solutions using Python and web frameworks, test and deploy automations, create process documentation and flow diagrams, and measure post-implementation performance for continuous improvement.
