Manages sales and marketing activities across Colorado, growing profitable business within existing and new customer accounts. Responsibilities include customer visits, product and installation expertise, job-site issue resolution, vendor and customer training, promotions, pricing programs, forecasting, CRM reporting, competitive intelligence, and territory planning. The role requires regular travel, including approximately one overnight stay per week, and collaboration with branch teams, vendors, and customers.

Manage sales and marketing activities across Saskatchewan, build and maintain customer partnerships, provide product and technical support, develop sales budgets and business plans, monitor territory performance, execute marketing initiatives, expand business networks, negotiate with buyers and partners, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Creates and modifies mechanical drawings from SolidWorks models, develops basic sales models, interprets hydraulic and electrical schematics, and prepares equipment manuals and bills of materials. The role also facilitates engineering change requests, follows drafting standards, communicates with stakeholders, and supports project execution. Strong mechanical aptitude, drafting software experience, technical writing, attention to detail, and hands-on shop experience are important.
