Provide bilingual administrative support for employee training and development: coordinate scheduling and logistics, prepare and translate training materials, maintain resource library and LMS records, assist with recordings, surveys, reports, and department communications, and support various administrative projects to promote employee growth and engagement.

Prepare and package custom wood doors for shipment: stack, secure, and label products using tools and equipment; follow safety and quality standards; troubleshoot minor issues; lift 50+ pounds; maintain punctual attendance and accurate 1/16-inch measurements; work scheduled early shifts and overtime as needed.

Lead outside sales and territory development for Central Ontario. Build and maintain dealer relationships, create and execute territory sales and marketing plans, negotiate new business, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales goals. Home-based role with frequent customer visits and regular branch attendance.
