Process customer and vendor purchase orders, handle customer calls, provide and follow up on quotes, track orders, and resolve customer needs. Role includes 10-15% outside sales focused on multi-family and commercial projects.

Maintain costing and price guides, produce margin and pricing analysis, build and maintain Power BI reports, support KPIs, create ad-hoc analyses, clean and connect data sources, partner with stakeholders to document needs, and improve reporting processes to inform pricing and operational decisions.

Support cross-functional process improvement and ERP integration by mapping requirements, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, prioritizing re-engineering opportunities, automating workflows, and coordinating projects, training, and communications to drive Lean continuous improvement across the organization.
