Oversee payer processes (verification, authorizations, claims, denials, audits, appeals), build scalable workflows, set performance metrics, coach and manage remote and in-office teams, partner with leadership for strategic and market access initiatives, and improve reimbursement performance and operational efficiency.

Provide first-line help desk support for Windows and mobile devices; configure and manage iPhone/iPad/Android via MDM; onboard/offboard users; troubleshoot software, hardware, and peripherals; support Office 365 administration; document solutions and escalate complex issues as needed.
