Provide patient intake and documentation support for the Client Services Team, coordinate with prescribers to obtain medical records, assist with order processing and patient engagement, maintain clear internal communication, and support operational workflows and training to ensure timely, accurate DME-related patient care.

Lead and optimize revenue cycle operations for a DME/healthcare organization. Oversee payer processes (verification, authorizations, claims, denials, audits, appeals), build scalable workflows, set performance metrics, coach and manage remote and in-office teams, partner with leadership for strategic and market access initiatives, and improve reimbursement performance and operational efficiency.

Provide first-line help desk support for Windows and mobile devices; configure and manage iPhone/iPad/Android via MDM; onboard/offboard users; troubleshoot software, hardware, and peripherals; support Office 365 administration; document solutions and escalate complex issues as needed.
