Build and maintain R&D data infrastructure for experimental, manufacturing, and QC data. Implement DAQ integrations, databases, validation checks, analysis pipelines, visualizations/dashboards, and perform statistical/regression analyses to support cross-functional technical teams.

Partner with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to translate ambiguity into clear plans, manage executive operating rhythms, drive commercial deals, prepare executive and board materials, lead special cross-functional projects (including AI adoption), and improve operational effectiveness and communication.

Build and own R&D data infrastructure for lab and pilot hardware systems: acquire and validate time-series/sensor data, design schemas, create pipelines, analyses, and dashboards, and partner with scientists and engineers to support statistical/regression studies and QC/manufacturing insight.

Own and run manual ceramic production workflows, then design and implement in-house, automated, repeatable processes. Build fixtures, test stands, and tooling from CAD through fabrication; instrument and automate data collection; characterize assemblies, troubleshoot yield loss, and document SOPs and quality controls to scale production.

The Staff Controls & Automation Engineer will design and own a control architecture for chemical processes, focusing on automation, advanced controls, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize plant operations.
