Partner with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to translate ambiguity into clear plans, manage executive operating rhythms, drive commercial deals, prepare executive and board materials, lead special cross-functional projects (including AI adoption), and improve operational effectiveness and communication.

Develops thermofluid and reaction models for custom reactors, using CFD, FEA, analytical modeling, and experimental data analysis to support design, optimization, troubleshooting, and model validation. Collaborates with experimentalists and process engineers to design tests, extract parameters, develop data-analysis methods, and implement parametrized reactor models in plant-level simulations.

The Staff Controls & Automation Engineer will design and own a control architecture for chemical processes, focusing on automation, advanced controls, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize plant operations.
