Manage schedule and cost controls for utility-scale solar and battery storage construction projects. Lead schedule reviews, cost forecasting, progress measurement, reporting, change requests, procurement traceability, contractor deliverables, risk assessment, and compliance with financial and contractual requirements. Partner with project management, finance, procurement, legal, and contractors to maintain accurate project controls and ensure deadlines, budgets, and documentation remain aligned.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for on-site and remote employees while administering Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, and endpoint devices. Manages onboarding, offboarding, device inventory, access, compliance, and documentation. Supports Zero Trust, SOC 2 readiness, Copilot adoption, conference-room AV, and office technology. Coordinates with the managed services provider and vendors, resolves tickets through completion, and maintains Washington, DC office systems.

Administers construction contracts for utility-scale solar, BESS, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include tracking contract compliance, amendments, change orders, notices, payments, insurance, permits, and closeout requirements; maintaining organized project records; coordinating with contractors, vendors, legal, accounting, procurement, and project teams; preparing reports and correspondence; supporting invoice reviews and dispute resolution; and coordinating final project turnover documentation. Domestic travel to project sites or company meetings may be required up to 15%.
