Manage a prospect portfolio and cultivate donor relationships to raise funds for Lycoming College athletics. Execute solicitation and stewardship strategies, support Warrior Club events and advisory council, collaborate with coaches and marketing, perform 75+ donor visits annually, maintain donor records, travel as needed, and help set annual fundraising goals and metrics.

Lead and develop Lycoming College's Entrepreneurship program as the Sloter Endowed Chair. Teach undergraduate courses (typical load 3-3 or 3-2), design curriculum, mentor and advise students, lead co-curricular entrepreneurial activities (incubators, pitch competitions), coordinate internships and applied experiences with CEAE, and engage the college and local community to expand experiential learning opportunities.

Provide student-centered administrative support within Academic Affairs: manage calendars and communications, prepare documents and reports, maintain records, process invoices and P-card reconciliations, coordinate events and travel, support office technology, assist with programs (Phi Kappa Phi, Fulbright), and serve as a front-office contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Provide high-level administrative, operational, and technology support to Academic Services: calendar and event scheduling, communications, data pulls and reporting, case management support, onboarding coordination, office operations, front-desk guest services, and technology access management to support student retention and success.

Lead information literacy instruction, collaborate with faculty on research and curricula, design instructional materials and LibGuides, provide reference and research consultations, promote discovery and user engagement, run outreach and assessment, support accreditation and institutional effectiveness, serve as liaison and participate in library governance and professional development.

Patrol campus on foot and by vehicle, respond to and document calls for service (alarms, escorts, parking, emergencies), de-escalate incidents, report hazards, lock/unlock buildings, and assist students, staff, and visitors to maintain campus safety.
