Teams at Lycoming College

Provide high-level administrative, operational, and technology support to Academic Services: calendar and event scheduling, communications, data pulls and reporting, case management support, onboarding coordination, office operations, front-desk guest services, and technology access management to support student retention and success.

Manage Lycoming College Art Gallery operations: coordinate visiting artists, install and deinstall exhibits, handle and document artwork, train student attendants, manage gallery communications, budget, vendor coordination, and support gallery events (evenings/weekends required).

Patrol campus on foot and by vehicle, respond to and document calls for service (alarms, escorts, parking, emergencies), de-escalate incidents, report hazards, lock/unlock buildings, and assist students, staff, and visitors to maintain campus safety.
