Product Manager responsible for shaping and executing the roadmap for an AI-powered personal assistant. This is a hybrid role based in São Paulo, requiring fluency in English and Portuguese.

Own paid acquisition, CRM and lifecycle campaigns, and Brazilian social content. Run Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns; create and optimize static, video and AI-generated ads; support push, in-app and WhatsApp engagement; analyze performance data to improve creative decisions; and contribute to local events and user research.

Build and scale fullstack AI product experiences using Python backend services and TypeScript/Next.js frontends. Design real-time APIs, integrate and deploy AI agents, prototype user experiences, improve performance and reliability, collaborate across product and AI teams, write tested code, contribute to architecture, and mentor engineers. The role requires strong product intuition, ownership, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.
