Serve as First Officer on Lineage aircraft based in Dubai. Support the Pilot in Command with flight preparation, aircraft airworthiness, navigation, passenger safety, documentation, regulatory and SOP compliance, crew resource management, operational reporting, and safe flight execution. Plans and coordinates aircraft maintenance activities across an assigned fleet. Monitors aircraft status, maintenance due dates, airworthiness limitations, inspections, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and other mandatory requirements. Coordinates maintenance events with approved organizations, OEMs, and internal stakeholders; maintains accurate CAMO records; monitors maintenance progress; resolves planning issues; ensures regulatory compliance; and improves planning processes and fleet availability.

Supports aircraft reliability and Aircraft Maintenance Programme development within a CAMO environment. Responsibilities include analysing fleet performance data, identifying recurring defects, improving maintenance programmes, reviewing OEM documentation, updating CAMP records, assessing AMP effectiveness, and supporting airworthiness, regulatory compliance, safety, and operational reliability. The role requires an aeronautical qualification, CAMO experience, knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO requirements and reliability programmes, aircraft-type training, strong analytical skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

Leads international Group accounting, consolidation, financial reporting, statutory audits, financial controls, and close processes. Oversees Cognos reporting and the global implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, while driving finance process standardization and automation. Partners with finance teams, auditors, advisors, and senior leadership, acts as a trusted advisor to the CFO, and develops a high-performing accounting and consolidation team.

Commands and operates a Dassault Falcon 7X in accordance with company manuals, SOPs, safety standards, flight-time limitations, and aviation regulations. Ensures aircraft airworthiness, documentation, passenger and crew safety, security briefings, and compliance before and during flights. Coordinates with passengers, aircraft owners, crew, and operations teams regarding defects, delays, and schedule impacts. Maintains professional cabin operations, promotes crew resource management, reports incidents, and supports a just management culture.

Manage the reception area at Lanseria International Airport, ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include booking vehicles and boardrooms and handling additional duties assigned by management. The role requires Grade 12, proficiency in English, Microsoft Office skills, and one to three years of receptionist experience. A receptionist training course is advantageous.

Lead group-level IT operations and cybersecurity across the organization, implement and maintain security policies (NIS2/GDPR), manage incident response and recovery, oversee cloud and on-prem infrastructure, perform risk assessments and penetration testing, advise senior leadership on IT strategy and compliance, and manage IT teams and large projects.

Support sales and organization of on-demand private jet charters from prospecting to flight completion. Build client relationships, prepare offers, contracts and operational documentation, assist flight planning and oversight, handle VIP arrivals/departures, manage on-call rotations, and support invoicing and commercial follow-up. Receive training and mentorship while working with UHNWI and corporate clients in a high-end aviation environment.

Serve as PIC/Lead Commander on Gulfstream 500 aircraft, ensuring safe, regulatory-compliant operation per EJME procedures. Liaise with owners/passengers, verify airworthiness and documentation, lead crew and brief passengers, enforce SOPs and cabin procedures, report incidents, and promote a just safety culture. Requires corporate G500 line training/checking experience.

Lead the creation and growth of Luxaviation One's Cargo Division: define strategy and budget, build and manage the US cargo team, drive business development and key-account negotiations, oversee cargo operations and compliance, monitor KPIs and profitability, and represent the division internationally.

Operate as a type-rated First Officer on C525/CJ variants (CJ1, M2, CJ4 Gen2). Perform safe, customer-focused flight duties, comply with EASA licensing and medical requirements, support crew operations, and be flexible, discreet, and team-oriented with willingness to relocate near base.

Operate as First Officer on a Global 8000 in compliance with company SOPs and aviation regulations. Support PIC with preflight checks, paperwork, passenger briefings, EFB synchronization, navigation, safety reporting, and uphold professional CRM and company standards.
