Build and manage a broker/sales team, define commercial strategy, develop B2B partnerships, drive revenue through CRM-driven campaigns, negotiate agreements, ensure service excellence, represent the company at events, and report KPIs to senior management.

Operate as First Officer on a Falcon 7X, supporting safe, compliant flight operations under Chief Pilot guidance. Duties include flight planning, monitoring duty times, loading compliance, contributing to quality and safety programs, maintaining certifications and travel readiness, and performing other operational tasks as required.
