Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for flight operations: arrange crew travel, visas and accommodation; coordinate handling, permits, fuel, catering and third-party vendors; maintain flight documentation and operational records; process and reconcile supplier invoices and expenses with Finance; communicate schedule changes and ensure regulatory and company compliance. Role requires after-hours and weekend availability.

Support sales and organization of on-demand private jet charters from prospecting to flight completion. Build client relationships, prepare offers, contracts and operational documentation, assist flight planning and oversight, handle VIP arrivals/departures, manage on-call rotations, and support invoicing and commercial follow-up. Receive training and mentorship while working with UHNWI and corporate clients in a high-end aviation environment.

Operate as First Officer on a Global 8000 in compliance with company SOPs and aviation regulations. Support PIC with preflight checks, paperwork, passenger briefings, EFB synchronization, navigation, safety reporting, and uphold professional CRM and company standards.
