Support sales and organization of on-demand private jet charters from prospecting to flight completion. Build client relationships, prepare offers, contracts and operational documentation, assist flight planning and oversight, handle VIP arrivals/departures, manage on-call rotations, and support invoicing and commercial follow-up. Receive training and mentorship while working with UHNWI and corporate clients in a high-end aviation environment.

Operate as First Officer on a Global 8000 in compliance with company SOPs and aviation regulations. Support PIC with preflight checks, paperwork, passenger briefings, EFB synchronization, navigation, safety reporting, and uphold professional CRM and company standards.

Manage and coordinate flight operations and charter activity, schedule clients and crew, quote and convert charters, oversee dispatch, ensure AOC compliance, monitor costs and weather, and deliver high-end client service.
