Define CE Marking strategy, manage technical files and conformity assessments, coordinate with notified bodies, certification authorities and classification societies, oversee inspections at fabrication yards and offshore sites, and track non-conformities and corrective actions to meet project milestones.

Lead cost controls on large, complex EPC oil & gas/offshore projects. Implement project controls systems, EVM, AWP and WBS; produce forecasts, cost trending, cash flows and progress measurement; manage change control, client reviews, and monthly reporting; supervise and mentor junior staff; support proposals, risk/opportunity processes, and resource planning.

Develop arrangement, FEED, conceptual and detailed electrical designs and 3D models ensuring clash-free integration. Produce detailed drawings, one-line diagrams, schematics, cable schedules, lighting calculations, BOMs and material take-offs. Coordinate with other disciplines, review vendor drawings, manage deliverables, perform single-discipline and inter-discipline checks, support change management, lead or assist design teams, mentor junior designers, and participate in design reviews and site surveys.

Lead planning and scheduling for EPCIC oil, gas and power projects. Create and maintain level 3/4 schedules, perform schedule analysis and quality checks, update EVMS progress, produce histograms/curves, manage critical path, recommend recovery actions, mentor junior planners, and drive schedule compliance and improvement initiatives.

Lead and manage engineering scope and technical execution for EPC projects, develop Project Execution Plans and procedures, coordinate multi-discipline teams, control cost/schedule, handle RFIs/technical queries, support proposals, supervise project engineers, and ensure orderly project closeout and lessons learned.

Lead subcontract management for projects: evaluate proposals, develop and administer subcontracts, ensure compliance, support sourcing strategy, guide site and home office, perform audits, manage subcontractor performance and closeout, and resolve subcontract issues.

Provide administrative and analytical support to project cost controls in EPCI: gather and maintain cost data, assist budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow, prepare weekly/monthly cost and progress reports, perform basic variance and trend analyses, support change order processing, and help maintain cost control systems and contractual compliance under direct supervision.

Lead electrical design and analysis across conceptual, FEED, and detailed phases. Prepare calculations, one-line diagrams, motor control schematics, bills of material, and vendor packages. Coordinate project execution, supervise electrical engineers and designers, manage cost/schedule/control, support procurement, perform supplier document reviews, and provide site technical support including FAT, SAT, commissioning, and energization.
