The Senior Principal Planner develops and analyzes complex project schedules for offshore and onshore oil and gas or power-generation projects. Responsibilities include baseline creation, schedule quality checks, progress validation, resource loading, critical-path analysis, risk analysis, workforce histograms, progress curves, variance reporting, recovery planning, and schedule compliance. The role supports EPCIC projects, facilitates multidisciplinary planning, mentors junior planners, and uses Primavera P6, Deltek Fuse, Microsoft Project, and Excel.

Leads conceptual, FEED, study, and detailed electrical engineering design for projects. Prepares calculations, specifications, load lists, one-line diagrams, cable sizing, relay coordination, and equipment layouts. Coordinates electrical engineers, designers, vendors, clients, procurement, construction, commissioning, and factory/site acceptance testing. Manages technical deliverables, project scope, cost, schedule, budgets, change, site support, energization, and start-up activities while supervising electrical engineering personnel.

Manages procurement administration, including vendor prequalification and performance measurement, invoice dispute resolution, subcontract documentation, supplier registration systems, stock movement reporting, and inventory availability. Supports the Supply Chain Admin Supervisor, assists less experienced administrators, identifies and escalates issues, and maintains procurement and inventory records. Requires strong Procure-to-Pay experience, organizational skills, knowledge of IT equipment ordering, and familiarity with Unifi processes.
