Lead planning and scheduling for EPCIC onshore/offshore projects using Primavera P6, Deltek and MS Project. Create and maintain linked Level 3/4 schedules, produce histograms and progress/quantity curves, monitor critical path, analyze schedule variances, mentor junior planners, and drive recovery actions to mitigate delays.

Write, edit, and maintain engineering and company procedures and technical literature; perform quality checks for grammar, structure, and style; manage document updates and revisions; suggest clarity improvements; prioritize tasks and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Lead sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates; develop and execute sourcing strategies; partner with hiring managers and HR; use ATS and market research tools; mentor less-experienced colleagues; meet Talent Acquisition KPIs and recruit for offshore/subsea oil and gas roles.
