Produce design calculations, specifications, FDS/GDS logic, vendor reviews, testing oversight (FAT), HAZOP/SIL participation, construction/commissioning support, and lead discipline teams while coordinating across disciplines, procurement, and clients.

Lead regulatory compliance and certification for an offshore HVDC converter platform in German waters. Define CE Marking strategy, manage technical files and conformity assessments, coordinate with notified bodies, certification authorities and classification societies, oversee inspections at fabrication yards and offshore sites, and track non-conformities and corrective actions to meet project milestones.
