Lead and own marketing strategy, budget, and team performance for South Africa and Nigeria. Set full-funnel plans across performance, CRM and ATL, manage spend and agencies, represent markets in global planning, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes while developing the regional team.

Design and produce localized marketing creative for Malaysia and Indonesia across ATL, performance, CRM/email, and social. Build high-volume paid ad variants, modular email templates, and reusable social formats. Use AI design tools to increase throughput while ensuring brand consistency and performance-driven iteration.

Manage executive team logistics including calendar management, end-to-end global travel booking and troubleshooting, internal event planning and execution, and financial administration/expense auditing while ensuring attention to detail, process efficiency, and problem-solving under pressure.

Lead cash, liquidity, funding and FX/crypto exposure strategy across Luno's markets. Forecast and optimise fiat and crypto liquidity, manage banking and payment provider relationships and KYC onboarding, prepare licensing and capital requirement analysis, deliver liquidity performance reporting, support product launches and expansion, drive process improvements and mentor junior treasury operations staff.

Lead and execute risk-based internal audits focused on compliance, maintain the audit universe, and deliver high-quality audit reports. Support combined assurance and issue remediation, cultivate auditee relationships, and ensure audits follow International Standards and internal methodology.

The AML Operations Analyst will execute transaction monitoring alerts, conduct investigations, support compliance audits, and utilize AML technologies. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and compiling risk reports while ensuring adherence to AML regulations.
