Forecast and optimise fiat and crypto liquidity, manage banking and payment provider relationships and KYC onboarding, prepare licensing and capital requirement analysis, deliver liquidity performance reporting, support product launches and expansion, drive process improvements and mentor junior treasury operations staff.

Own BlockTower institutional products: self-service stablecoin issuance portal and Wallet-as-a-Service. Drive mint/redeem flows, yield distribution, access controls, reporting, and integration boundaries with Luno infrastructure. Convert manual onboarding into self-service, enable repeatable multi-currency launches, and build audit-ready controls for institutional trust while working closely with customers, engineering, legal and compliance.

Own the institutional onboarding product surface, lead Sumsub KYB integration end-to-end, reduce onboarding time and abandonment, collaborate with compliance, legal, and country teams, build measurement and feedback loops, manage third-party vendors, and work with engineering in Agile to prioritize and deliver improvements.
