Own Luna Joy’s production analytics stack, including approximately 220 dbt and BigQuery models, source pipelines, scheduled reports, dashboards, governance, and business metric definitions. Diagnose ingestion failures, maintain data quality and documentation, and provide defensible analysis to Finance, Clinical Operations, Growth, and executive leadership. This autonomous role also manages PHI responsibly and translates ambiguous business questions into trusted reporting and insights.

The Clinical Liaison develops B2B sales strategies, nurtures client relationships, and educates providers on mental health services to achieve sales targets and support women's mental wellness.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership: manage calendars, travel, meetings, prepare documents and reports, act as liaison with stakeholders, track projects and priorities, handle confidential information, and improve administrative workflows to increase efficiency.
