Builds and integrates a high-performing sales organization, develops partners, coaches team members, and translates business-unit strategy into measurable regional targets. The role requires technical B2B sales leadership, complex solution selling, enterprise account management, channel development, regional market knowledge, and approximately 50% travel.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ backend services for real-time sensor data processing. Build distributed, containerized applications, APIs, analytics pipelines, and cloud-connected systems across Linux and Windows. Integrate Python algorithms, improve scalability and reliability, support CI/CD and testing, remediate vulnerabilities, and contribute to architecture and technical direction. Collaborate internationally with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and domain experts throughout the software lifecycle.

Owns NetSuite and Arena PLM architecture, configuration, development, integrations, data governance, and process automation. Supports manufacturing, engineering, product, sales, and customer operations across MRP, BOMs, work orders, procurement, NPI, reporting, and fulfillment. Builds SuiteScript solutions and NetSuite integrations with Arena, Salesforce, and Celigo; diagnoses system and data issues; leads requirements, testing, releases, training, documentation, and user adoption.
