Lead end-to-end finance for designated business areas: budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance management, and JV reporting. Deliver financial analysis, variance explanation, business partnering, executive decision support, and governance to improve profitability, cash flow, and controls. Coach finance talent and support commercial activities including proposals, pricing diligence, and contract reviews.

Lead enterprise FP&A consolidation and board-level reporting, translate business finance inputs into a unified decision-ready view, challenge assumptions, drive forecasting rigor, and partner with the CFO and senior leaders to improve performance and accountability across a multinational organization.

Partner with engineering and business leaders to design, build, fine-tune, deploy, and monitor ML and generative AI solutions (LLMs and vision models). Develop data pipelines, integrate AI into applications, manage lifecycle from prototyping to production, and research new AI techniques to drive adoption and operational impact.

Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, advising on employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent management, onboarding, leaves (FMLA), HRIS (Workday) transactions and audits, and supporting college recruiting and HR reporting to ensure consistent employee experience.

Configure, extend, and maintain COMOS for FEED and early project phases: develop symbols, reports, queries, automation scripts, manage users/permissions, troubleshoot and support engineers, document standards, and validate solutions with QA.

Provide technical advisory and due diligence for power-sector M&A and project financings. Evaluate asset design, equipment condition, EPC and O&M contracts, costs, schedules, and performance; prepare independent engineer and lender reports; lead site visits, client presentations, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams under tight transaction timelines.

Design, build, fine-tune, and deploy ML and generative AI models (LLMs and vision) integrated into business applications. Develop and maintain data pipelines, evaluate model performance and IP/security, collaborate with engineering and business leaders, and manage full AI application lifecycles including monitoring and continuous improvement.

Support daily cash management, liquidity forecasting, bank administration, and treasury operations. Prepare cash forecasts and treasury reports, initiate payments, manage banking relationships, support audits, and drive process improvements and automation.

Lead local and regional external media relations, executive visibility, and integrated customer and enterprise communications. Develop press materials, coordinate with agencies and legal, manage crisis messaging, and drive thought leadership and executive social strategy across global markets.
