Support the employee lifecycle across onboarding, offboarding, HR policies, benefits, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, leave processes, engagement surveys, reporting, events, and employee programs. The role also assists managers with HR questions, maintains employee records, supports talent acquisition, coordinates company-wide meetings, and partners on employee relations, compensation, and learning initiatives.

Own customer acquisition across paid and organic channels for B2B sales-led and B2C self-serve motions in Canada, the US, and the UK. Develop channel strategies, manage budgets, direct contractors, run experiments, and optimize performance using attribution, CAC, payback, ROI, and funnel data. The role also oversees campaign execution, marketing measurement, prospecting opportunities, and brand impact across multiple channels.

Own end-to-end production of business and finance podcast episodes: research and pitch topics, secure and prep subject-matter experts, host and guide interviews, review raw audio and make content-level edits, and write episode copy, quizzes, glossary terms and visual aids. Work collaboratively with editors and peers to maintain editorial standards, prioritize projects, and ensure content accuracy and audience relevance.

Lead market and customer research, maintain TAM analysis, track competitors, and create sales enablement collateral. Translate insights into messaging, support GTM and launches, analyze CRM win/loss data, and align with Sales and Customer Success to optimize collateral and shorten sales cycles.

Develop and produce U.S. and Canadian tax-focused podcast content: research and pitch topics, find and prep guests, live-produce interviews, edit content for learning objectives, write episode assets (descriptions, quizzes, bios, glossary), and collaborate across the production team.

Build and run end-to-end lifecycle and automated email programs for B2B and B2C users. Own segmentation, copywriting, testing, deliverability, and performance reporting. Partner with Product and Data to define behavioral triggers, monitor retention metrics, and document templates and playbooks to scale programs.

Identify and generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn), schedule meetings for the sales team, hit daily/weekly/monthly KPIs, maintain accurate Salesforce and CRM records, and continuously learn to advance within the sales career path.
